Shipping, Returns & Privacy Policies

Shipping & Delivery

We fulfill orders within 5 to 7 business days of ordering. All orders are shipped in the order they are received. Shipping hours are: Monday–Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM PST.

We primarily use US Postal Service to ship domestic orders, and in most instances a signature is not required upon delivery. You will be sent a tracking number when your shipping label prints. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control. For questions and concerns about shipping, please contact the courier.

We will not be responsible for any items lost during shipping, but if that does happen, contact us and we will make it right.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy

We sincerely hope that you will not need to return your Kraut Source, but just in case, please see the following policy.

Returns & Replacements:

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date.

All return packages should be insured. There will be no refunds on items damaged during shipping. You must file a claim with the courier.

We do not refund or reimburse shipping fees.

Your credit card will be refunded within 3–10 business days of receipt of your item.

You will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee.

If an item arrived at your destination already damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

How to return an item:

Please email us at first to explain the return and obtain a return/exchange authorization.

How to return a gift item:

To return gift item(s) purchased from our Online Store, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to with the following information:

-Itemized list of Kraut Source product(s) to be returned
-The gift giver’s full name, email address, and mailing address

2. Ship the item(s) via an insured courier to:

We will confirm receipt of your return(s). We do not reimburse shipping costs.

3. We will then contact the gift giver to facilitate a refund. A 10% re-stocking fee will be imposed.

Note: only gift items purchased from our Online Store will be accepted for return.

Cancellation Policy

Should you change your mind about your order and wish to cancel it, please email us at within 3 days of purchase. We will initiate the cancellation and you can expect to receive a refund reflected on your account within 3-10 business days. 

Refund Policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please email us at within 30 days of delivery confirmation date. We will refund the order amount back to the method of payment. Please allow between 3-10 business days for the refund to show up on your account. We do not refund shipping fees.
