Case Pack: Items must be ordered in full case packs (1 case = 6 units).
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust POs to current pricing.
MSRP Policy: To maintain our high standards, we reserve the right to enforce the MSRP. Clients who do not uphold this policy will be subject to review.
Freight: FOB Healdsburg, CA 95448. We ship ground orders by USPS or UPS and track orders by our preferred carriers unless customer provides alternative. We do not ship COD. Freight cost is paid for by customer.
Payment: Payment due upon shipment of order. If on terms, invoices not paid within 30 days of product delivery will be subject to a 10% finance charge.
Damages, Defectives, Returns: Please contact us to report damages, misshipments, billing errors, or defective merchandise. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns.
Warranty: We guarantee our products for one year from date of purchase. We will repair or replace at our discretion.
