Watermelon season is here. Time to get creative and make these fun, and thirst-quenching, probiotic-filled ice cubes that will keep you cool during global warming! They are also great for athletes because they can replenish electrolytes lost during heavy exercise. The secret is to add in Real Pickles brine.

Culture Watermelon Ice Cubes with Real Pickles brine & mint
Ingredients: 14 oz. watermelon, seeds removed, cut into chunks 3 Tablespoons fermented brine from Real Pickles 1 teaspoon lemon peel Mint leaves for garnishing
1. Add the first three ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. 2. Pour into an ice cube try.
3. Place in the freezer and allow to set for about 3 - 4 hours. That's it! Pop these cool little gems right into you mouth, or you can serve them with mineral water, or even a shot of vodka.
