This one-of-a-kind festival celebrates the alchemy behind many of our favorite foods and beverages. The vendor halls are packed with producers of these delicacies offering samples of their fermented goods. In addition to discovering new tastes and recipes, there are learning opportunities and demonstrations for those who are interested in fermenting at home. Each year we strive to offer new classes while keeping some of the favorites – we promise there will be something new to learn every year!
